Prohibited items for express delivery

The following items are not within the scope of express delivery services. If necessary, our company will provide you with alternative services according to the requirements.

1. Embargoes and restricted goods stipulated by national policies.

2. Hazardous materials and dangerous goods specified by the International Air Cargo Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and other relevant government departments or organizations, as well as prohibited or restricted goods.

3. Special goods. Including: liquids, compressed gases, fragile goods, perishable goods, frozen goods, fresh, precious goods, irritating odors, cash and securities, private letters, prohibited items, oversized items (as per air transportation regulations), etc.

(13) Controlled cutting tools/simulated weapons: Articles prohibited from circulation, delivery, or entry or exit by national laws, regulations, and administrative rules, such as simulated weapons, controlled cutting tools, etc.

2、 Measures for Handling Prohibited Items by Postal Service Enterprises:

(1) Enterprises that discover various types of flammable and explosive hazardous materials during the receiving and sending process shall not be allowed to receive and send them; If discovered during the delivery process, it will not be delivered. Dangerous goods should be isolated and stored. For dangerous goods that are prone to harm, the public security department should be notified, and national security should be notified at the same time
